Our APAC team is responsible for providing consultancy and support services to customers in the Asia-Pacific region, and for contributing to the Professional Services and Global Customer Support teams’ activities.

You will be working closely with our Project managers, Senior staff and Professional Services Director to translate customers’ business needs into technical requirements, identifying potential problem areas and recommending optimum approaches for project path.

You’ll be also involved in project and presales activities, configuring, installing, maintaining, customizing, documenting, testing applications and training Customers.

You might have the opportunity to travel in Australia or overseas, at customers’ sites or joining other Eidosmedia teams around the globe.

You should apply if:

  • You’re excited about making an impact, helping customers reaching their goals
  • You have great web coding skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc…
  • You love cool technology and can’t wait to learn about new technologies and platforms
  • You have excellent communication skills and your English is fluent (Mother-tongue: any!)
  • You have full rights to work and live in Australia
  • You have a Degree or Diploma in a Technology related topic
  • You are available to travel within Australia or overseas for short or long periods

And…you’re willing to work in a stimulating and high-energy environment, you are proactive and self-motivated – you can work independently but you perform great in team as well. And, of course, you are keen to learn, grow and master new skills and resources.

It’s great (but not necessary) if you also have:

  • Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, French, German, Spanish
  • Programming and Scripting: XSLT, Java, Linux Shell/Bash
  • Technology: Git, Web Application Servers, RESTful API, Linux OS, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL
  • Previous experience: consultant, system integrator, developer or similar position
