Junior Application Support Engineer

Our APAC team is responsible for providing consultancy and support services to customers in the Asia-Pacific region, and for contributing to the global Customer Support and Professional Services teams activities.

You will be working closely with our IT and Support Coordinator to identify, qualify, reproduce software defects and to deliver feedback to stakeholders, including Senior colleagues and Customers representatives. You will have regular contacts with our Global Customer Support Team working in the Headquarters.

You will also take part to the Software delivery processes in place, ensuring Customer success through automated and manual tests execution prior to releasing software updates.

You might have opportunities, although not required, to travel and visit customers or helping other teams around the globe.

You should apply if:

  • You have a Degree or Diploma in a Technology related topic
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Your English is fluent (Mother-tongue: any!)
  • You have full rights to work and live in Australia

    And…you’re willing to work in a stimulating and high-energy environment, you are proactive and self-motivated – you can work independently but you perform great in team as well. And, of course, you are keen to learn, grow and master new skills and resources.

    It’s great (but not necessary) if you also have:

    • Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, French, German, Spanish
    • Technology: Web Application Servers, RESTful API, Linux OS and server-side scripting, Networking, Cloud Technologies.
