Technical team assistant

The Technology team is on the starting line of an exciting Agile Transformation which will provide the backbone to respond quickly and proactively to the ever-evolving needs of the market. It is an extremely exciting time for joining the team and be an active part of the transformation. You will collaborate very closely with the leadership team and get an incredible insight of all aspects of a modern development shop, starting from product envisioning, throughout ideas experimentation, software design, agile development, quality assurance, automation, cloud deployments and landing in customer delight. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver with an analytical mind, creativity and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Someone able to adapt quickly and keep up with a fast-evolving environment. You will be working in our brand-new HQ in Milan but you might be lucky enough to visit our offices in London or the fantastic one in Wall Street in New York.

Main responsibilities:
  • Collect data, analyse information and prepare reports or catchy presentations in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Manage end to end communications, meetings, conferences, events, social image, online presence both in-house and with our international partners.
  • Actively participate in the optimization of processes and methodologies.
  • Travel to our offices in London or New York might be required.
  • Shadow the Senior Vice President of Engineering in all aspects of the Agile Transformation.

  • Well organized, attention to details and able to multitask
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Written and spoken English is a must
  • Knowledge of Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, OneNote, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Yammer, etc.)
  • Jira knowledge is appreciated
