Eidosmedia appoints new COO

Marco Cucurachi will lead the deployment of the company’s digital publishing solutions, following the retirement of founding partner Massimo Maggi.

Eidosmedia has announced the appointment of Marco Cucurachi as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer, following the retirement of Massimo Maggi who has led the company’s professional services division since its creation in 1999.

As one of the company’s founders, Massimo completes a career spanning more than forty years in the application of advanced technologies to the changing publishing needs of organizations in the media and financial sectors. “I leave confident in the knowledge that the activities of the company’s professional services division are in extremely capable hands,” he said.

“Massimo has played a fundamental role in the success of the company ever since its inception,” said Eidosmedia CEO Gabriella Franzini. “We wish him every satisfaction in his retirement.”

Marco Cucurachi, who previously held the role of Director Professional Services, International, has been with Eidosmedia since 2001 and has extensive esperience of supporting complex projects in all of the company’s global markets. “The quality of our deployment and support network has been a powerful growth factor for the company,” said Marco. “I’m excited to be taking this new role as the company expands into new markets in Asia and elsewhere.”

In his role as COO, Marco leads a global team of over 150 specialised staff engaged in the deployment and support of customer projects throughout the world.
