Pipeline Management

The new Pipeline Management module introduces a structured calendar view to facilitate planning and monitoring of report workflows. This functionality supports better oversight of production timelines and distribution scheduling.

Key features include:

  • Dynamic Views: Calendar views (month, week, day) with automatic refresh and color-coded status indicators for streamlined navigation.
  • Placeholders: A newly introduced content object in Méthode, allowing teams to define and annotate planned reports using a pre-draft status before initiating full content creation.
  • Event Cards: Standardized visual containers for both reports and placeholders, displaying core metadata with configurable fields.
  • Tailored Views: Custom query support provides tailored views based on user roles and groups. Team leads can access pipelines across the organization for comprehensive tracking.

Binder Redesign Vertical Tabs Layout

The Binder interface has been fully redesigned to improve usability and allow greater customization of the user workspace.

Improvements include:

  • Tab navigation is now displayed vertically to optimize space usage.
  • Scrollable tab lists for improved accessibility.
  • Pinning functionality to fix key tabs at the top of the list.
  • Drag-and-drop support to reorganize tabs in real time.
  • Layout preferences are automatically saved at the user level.

Section-Based Atomic Track Changes

The Atomic Track Changes feature has been enhanced to enable more granular control over content revision workflows. Changes can now be reviewed and resolved at the section level, reducing overhead and improving efficiency.

Two new options are now available through the Accept All and Reject All buttons within each section header, allowing batch resolution of tracked changes for the selected section only.

UX/UI Enhancements

Some minor enhancements have been implemented in the Dashboard aimed at improving the experience and usability of Swing. Along with that, the Liveblog editor main toolbar has been revised as well.
