Here’s how you could be involved: for our Milan office we’re now seeking for a motivated and talented Software Engineer to help us to bring forward the development of new and innovative solutions.

You will join the development team, implementing Customer ad-hoc solution within the scope of projects.

What you will do/learn

We’re sure you can’t wait to learn new technologies and platforms! As a Software Engineer you will be working on the development and enhancement of applications and modules that will extend the core Eidosmedia products and allow third-party systems to be integrated. Cooperating with the Application Specialists team, you will have the opportunity to work in close contact with the Customer in order to design and provide the right solution.

You are

Proactive and self-motivated – you can work independently but you perform well in a team as well.

A good problem solver and communicator – you have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

You are keen to learn, grow and master new skills and resources.

On your first day, we expect you to have

Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills (Java)

Experience with relational databases

Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Knowledge of software testing theory

Good English communication skills

It’s great (but not essential) if you also have

Experience with Web services technologies (Servlets/REST)

Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB/Elasticsearch)
