Liveblog reactions
Cobalt provides new APIs that permits end users to vote on liveblog posts (like and dislike). Those votes are then returned by the existing liveblogs APIs, allowing to display them on the digital frontends. New APIs are also permit to get a report on the most liked/dislikes posts on a liveblog.
