The role has a focus on developing an on-line subscription library of self-pace materials including videos, quizzes and other engaging creative learning approaches. However, ILT materials are also in need. This is a hands-on role that will leverage your experience and imagination to create a self-paced learning curriculum that shortens time to proficiency.

Today we’re on a mission to evolve a product suite leader in the media industry and conquer other verticals like Finance and Government.

What you will do:

You will work in the Eidosmedia Academy with a focus on designing engaging technical learning activities with compelling course content.

You will also work with SMEs to identify target audience requirements (ranging from customers, partners and internal audiences) covering developers, systems analysts and end-users.

You will research, collate and standardize existing documentation and materials converting them into high quality structured training courseware including videos, games and exercises.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Merrill’s principles or other)
  • Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio and video
  • Superb visual design skills (powerpoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Desire to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
  • Track record of instructional design and development for 5 years
  • A second European language preferred
  • Travel of up to 30% expected

And…you’re willing to work in a stimulating and high-energy environment, you can’t wait to learn about new technologies and platforms. You are proactive and self-motivated – you can work independently but you perform great in a team as well. Of course, you are keen to learn, grow and master new skills and resources.
